I had mini splits installed in my home on 7/30 and that day the temperature was 90 degrees. My cape home was a little over 80 degrees inside that day. The guys from Excellent Air worked all day outside and with no complaints. Super professional and polite!! They got the job done and they did an amazing work with the installation ! You can see the job was not rushed even with working under high heat. Great work and service.
The moment the units were first turned on.. within 1-2 hours the house temperature dropped immensely! From 80 to 69! I was shocked and excited.
Our central air unit stopped working on an 85 degree day, so I scheduled an appointment online for Excellent Air Heating and Cooling to come to my home in Henrietta. The technician, James, arrived exactly in the schedule window and quickly got to work. He had the problem correctly diagnosed in 5 minutes and completely fixed in 15. He also recommended a few things to keep the unit running for years to come. I will be scheduling more with Excellent Air given the great service. Plus, they are right down the road and I love to buy local whenever I can.
