iWave logo

Pollutants, dust, dander, pollen, smoke and even pathogens such as mold, viruses ad bacteria all can be suspended in the air you breathe, even when you don't see them. An iWave air purifier installs in your air conditioning system to help clean the air in your living space. When air passes over the iWave, ions produced by the device reduce pathogens and other airborne particles, creating a healthy environment without producing any harmful byproducts.

iWave-R

iWave-R

iWave-R treats the air in any brand of residential duct air conditioning systems up to 6 tons (2400 CFM) in size with no maintenance and no replacement parts. Designed for universal mounting, the iWave-R typically installs inside or outside of duct, or it attaches magnetically near the indoor fan in the air handler. iWave-R always works at peak performance, producing over 160 million ions/cc per polarity (320 million total ions/cc), more than any other ionizer product on the market. Its patented self-cleaning design includes a programmable cleaning cycle that can clean the emitter brushes every 1, 3, 5, or 10 days. The iWave-R is factory set to clean every third day, which is adequate for a typical installation.

SecureAire logo.

Your home is where you and your family live, spending nearly 90% of our adult lives indoors!

Nearly every family has someone who suffers from issues aggravated by poor indoor air quality. According to the EPA and the American Lung Association, indoor air can be up to ten times more polluted than outdoor air*. That’s because every home generates and traps millions of potentially harmful airborne particles, pathogens and gases that are constantly breathed and absorbed by everyone in the home. SecureAire’s ACTIVE Particle Control is the only technology that transports hazardous indoor air pollutants to be captured and INACTIVATED™ within the filter.

SecureAire Platinum Series

SecureAire Whole Home Air Purification System

Why ACTIVE Particle Control?

The SecureAire Whole Home Air Purification System is extremely efficient and effective at providing the highest quality of indoor air possible today.

Most airborne particles and gases in your home are invisible to the eye and are weightless, thus remaining suspended in the air. Even as air moves through your heating and cooling system, these potentially harmful particles including mold spores, bacteria, viruses, pollen, smoke and even airborne dust are NOT transported to the filters in your system. Standard filters are not active and cannot kill pathogens thereby allowing the continued breeding and potential release of these potentially harmful organisms into your home.

Why a Whole-Home Air Cleaner?

While portable air cleaners can provide a certain level of effectiveness in individual rooms, SecureAire’s Whole Home System is professionally installed into your central heating and cooling system. This creates the ability to Transport hazardous indoor air pollutants from every room in your home to the SecureAire Filter.

Aprilaire 600 Humidifier

AprilAire 600 Whole House Humidifier

Aprilaire introduced the first evaporative humidifier for forced air furnace systems back in 1954. Since that time, Aprilaire continues to lead the industry in whole home humidification systems. Our evaporative humidifiers work by piping water into the distribution tray located at the top of the humidifier. The water is uniformly distributed across the width of the tray and through a scientifically designed system of outlets. It flows by gravity over the water panel evaporator. Dry, hot air from the HVAC system is moved through the moisture-laden water panel evaporator. Natural evaporation takes place, the water is turned to vapor, and the humidified air is circulated throughout your home.

Features

  • BUY WITH CONFIDENCE This humidifier was designed and manufactured in the U.S.A. by Aprilaire – the inventor of the whole home evaporative humidifier, and the leader in indoor air quality solutions
  • FULL COVERAGE up to 4,000 square feet in tightly built homes with a capacity of 17 gallons per day
  • AUTOMATIC HUMIDIFIER with dual sensors to monitor and respond to both outdoor temperature and indoor relative humidity to deliver optimum humidity 24/7 throughout the home – simply set it and forget it
  • CONVENIENT DIGITAL CONTROL shows percent humidity, lights indicate humidifier is running, when to change the water panel, when service is needed, and Blower Activation switch sets humidifier to run continually, or only when the furnace runs
  • HUMIDITY FOR HEALTH Aprilaire Humidifiers can help you maintain optimal humidity in your home of 35% – 45% which has been shown to reduce the incidence of respiratory infections and symptoms related to allergies and asthma by minimizing the formation of bacteria and viruses, fungi, and dust mites. AO Smith logo

A. O. Smith gas tank water heaters are easy to install and offer multiple venting options models to fit any home. Tank water heaters store a supply of hot water, making it available when you need it most. They are built to last to ensure that your home has hot water for years to come.

AO Smith ProLine® SL 40-Gallon Gas Water Heater (GCR-40L)

ProLine® SL 40-Gallon Gas Water Heater (GCR-40L)

The ProLine® 400/401 Series gas water heater is designed to deliver an economical performance that can lower your energy bills and also provide long-lasting value.

Featuring a 40-gallon (nominal) tank and a 40,000 BTU gas burner, the GCR-40L Standard Vent delivers a first hour rating of 80 gallons and a recovery rate of 42 gallons per hour. With an 0.66 Uniform Energy Factor, this water heater is not ENERGY STAR® qualified. It carries a 6-year limited tank warranty, and meets Low NOx emission requirements.

How it Works

Gas water heaters heat water by burning either natural gas or LP (propane). Gas water heaters need a source of air and also need to be vented properly. Cold water enters the water heater through an internal “dip tube” which forces the cold water to the bottom of the tank and pushes hot water out through the outlet connection. This arrangement provides the most hot water for a given tank size. Most gas water heaters use a pilot light. The pilot light on some models also generates the power needed to operate an electronic gas valve. When cold water enters the tank, the temperature sensor on the gas control tells the main gas valve to open. Gas flows to the burner where it is lit by the pilot light. The air needed by the burner is supplied by the room where the water heater is installed. The exhaust gases are vented to the outside. When the proper temperature is reached, the main gas valve shuts off. Because water can corrode the steel tank, we glass line the inside of the tank and install an anode rod to help reduce corrosion. The temperature and pressure relief valve is a safety device designed to open if the internal temperature or pressure of the tank exceeds certain limits. Water heaters should be large enough to provide adequate hot water even when temperatures are cold and household demand is greatest.
